Fiber FIX Gel DNKá 5ml

DNKa’ Fiber FIX Gel is an extremely strong reinforcing gel with fibers, specially developed for locally repairing and strengthening damaged nails. The gel is ideal for repairing cracks, broken corners, and damage to the free edge.

Thanks to the high concentration of reinforcing fibers, Fiber FIX Gel forms a strong and durable structure after curing that creates, as it were, a reinforcing network around the damaged area. This firmly stabilizes the repaired section and reduces the risk of it cracking or breaking again.

Despite its thick consistency, the gel is easy to work with and self-levels well. Fiber FIX Gel can also be applied very thinly, allowing you to reinforce damaged areas without unnecessarily adding extra volume to the nail.

Difference from acrylic gel

At the same layer thickness, DNKa’ Fiber FIX Gel is considerably stronger and denser than acrylic gel. While a thin layer of acrylic gel can wear down or break at the corners or free edge, Fiber FIX Gel remains strong and rigid. This makes it particularly suitable for small, local repairs where maximum strength is desired with as little product as possible.

Directions for use

1. Prepare the natural nail as usual and clean it.

2. Apply DNKa’ Dehydrator and allow it to evaporate for 30–60 seconds.

3. Apply DNKa’ Ultrabond and allow it to dry for 30–60 seconds. If there is a crack in the nail bed, avoid allowing Ultrabond to enter the crack directly.

4. Apply a thin layer of a suitable DNKa’ base and cure for 30–60 seconds in a 36/48 W LED/UV lamp.

5. Apply a small amount of DNKa’ Fiber FIX Gel only to the area that needs to be repaired or strengthened. The product is not intended for application over the entire nail plate.

6. Cure for 60–90 seconds in a 36/48 W LED/UV lamp.

7. If filing is required, remove the tacky layer first.

8. Finish the nail with the desired DNKa’ gel, base, or builder product.
