Diamond has a medium-fluid, self-leveling consistency and is slightly more fluid than the Modeling Gels from the Summer Italy collection. This allows the product to be easily spread and modeled, while the microglitters distribute beautifully and evenly over the nail surface.

The gel is suitable for strengthening the natural nail, refills, repairs, nail constructions, and extensions with Nail Forms or Dual Forms.

Instructions for use – Strengthening & Refill

1. Carefully disinfect the hands of both the nail technician and the client.

2. For a refill, remove about 90% of the old material with a professional file or suitable carbide bit. If possible, leave a thin, well-adhering layer of product without damaging the natural nail plate.

3. Gently matt the natural nail with a 240 grit file.

4. Prepare the nail plate with a suitable Nail Prep.

5. Apply a thin layer of suitable Base Gel and allow it to cure completely.

6. Take a small amount of Diamond Modeling Gel and place it approximately in the center of the nail.

7. Distribute the product with a flat or oval gel brush. Work with light, controlled movements first towards the cuticle and then towards the free edge.

8. Carefully shape the desired nail architecture and apex. The self-leveling texture helps to evenly distribute the microglitters and create a smooth, balanced, and sparkling nail construction.

9. Allow the gel to cure completely.

10. If desired, the nail can be pinched after about 15–20 seconds to optimize the C-curve and shape of the construction.

11. After full curing, correct the shape only where necessary with a professional file.

12. Finish the manicure with a suitable glossy or matte top coat.

Application with Dual Forms

1. Disinfect the hands and carefully prepare the natural nail.

2. Gently matt the natural nail plate with a 240 grit file and apply Nail Prep.

3. Apply a thin layer of suitable Base Gel and allow it to cure completely.

4. Choose a suitable Dual Form / Superior Form for each nail.

5. Apply the correct amount of Diamond 1 Modeling Gel in the Dual Form and spread the product evenly. The liquid texture helps to distribute the microglitters beautifully and homogeneously over the construction.

6. Carefully place the Dual Form on the nail with light pressure. Start at the cuticle area and move towards the free edge. Do not press too hard to prevent excess product from being pushed out.

7. Fix the gel with a portable LED/UV lamp for about 10 seconds.

8. Turn the finger over and check the underside of the free edge. Correct the distribution of the product if necessary.

9. Let the gel cure for about 15 seconds more and pinch if desired to optimize the shape and C-curve.

10. Then allow the construction to fully cure in the LED/UV lamp.

11. Carefully remove the Dual Form.

12. If necessary, correct the length and side lines and remove any small excess product residues.

13. Finish the nail with a suitable glossy or matte top coat.

Curing

Full curing: 120–160 seconds in an LED lamp

Pinching / creating C-curve: after about 15–20 seconds

Dual Form pre-fixation: about 10 seconds with a portable LED/UV lamp

Full curing with Dual Forms: 120 seconds in an LED/UV lamp

The exact curing time and any heat development may vary depending on the lamp used, the condition of the natural nail, and the thickness of the applied product.

Removal

Diamond Modeling Gel is a professional construction product and is removed with a professional drill or file.
