LUNA Strong Base

Strong Base is a sturdy base with gel-like properties that ensures strong and hard nails. It is a self-leveling base that can be aligned quickly and effectively within seconds, ideal for creating a smooth, strong nail structure.

• Strengthening: Makes nails hard and strong, ideal for long-lasting results.

• Self-leveling: The base self-levels quickly, allowing you to achieve a smooth finish rapidly.

• Consistency: The consistency is medium-liquid, making it easy to align the nail within a few seconds.

• pH Value: Slightly acidic, with a pH of 5-6.

• Hypoallergenic: Suitable for sensitive skin, without strong odor.

• Sensation of warmth: Can cause a feeling of warmth and burning on damaged or very thin nails, but not on healthy nails.

• Removal: Easy to remove by filing or with a liquid.

• Shine: When the stickiness of the base is removed, it is not necessary to apply a topcoat, as the base already has a nice shine.

• Thickness Rule: The thickness at the free edge of the nail must be 0.5 mm for optimal results.

• Curing lamp: Requires a 36-48 W lamp for curing, and it must be an original lamp.

Application technique:

1. File the nail into the shape you want. Instead, leave about 2 mm length, which will be filed and removed later during leveling.
2. Use a 220-grit file to gently file the nail from above, removing any chipping from the nail plate. Alternatively, you can use a 100-grit buffer.
3.  If you use cuticle remover, wash your hands with soap and water afterwards.
4. Degrease the nail with Dehydrator.
5. Primer
6. Apply the Rubber Base from LUNAmoon with a flat gel brush. Do this with rubbing strokes. Cure for 60 seconds.
7. Removing sticky layer
8. Apply a thick layer of Strong Base for leveling and cure in the lamp for 90 seconds.
9. Remove the sticky layer again.
10. Apply a Gelpolish or a thin camouflage base.
11. Then apply a top coat and cure it for 120 seconds in the lamp.
12. After curing, do not remove anything, as this can dull the shine.

Additional Tips:

• Thickness Rule: Ensure the thickness at the free edge of the nail is about 0.5 mm for the best results.

• Lamp Power: Make sure to use a 36-48W UV/LED lamp for the proper curing of the Strong Base.
